Hill Parker
Hill Parker is the Principal Broker of Turf Town Properties, and an experienced horse farm and raw land specialist. Hill is licensed as a horse trainer in 11 states and has years of experience with dressage and event horses, jumpers, fox hunters and steeplechasing. He is also a Graduate A and Pony Club volunteer. Hill graduated from the U.K. College of Business and is a member of several esteemed real estate associations, including the Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. He has also earned specialty designations as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Hill Parker volunteers with the Paris Animal Welfare Society.

Regan Parker
Regan Parker is a Lexington native and partner at Turf Town Properties. Regan has over 20 years experience in farm and residential real estate. She graduated from Sayre School and has a BA & MS from University of Kentucky. She is a past board member of the Lexington Junior League and Paris Animal Welfare Society in addition to being an active community volunteer. Regan Parker is also a member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. Regan and Hill have two daughters, Caroline and Mary Beth.

Brett Bussell
Brett Bussell is a full time REALTOR® and a Lexington, KY native. He has over 20 years of experience in horse farm, residential and commercial real estate and construction. Brett is a licensed electrical contractor and master electrician and attended Henry Clay High School and the University of Kentucky - College of Architecture. In his spare time, Brett enjoys flying and is a licensed pilot. He is also a member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS® and the Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Dennis Noble is a full-time REALTOR® who lives in Bourbon County. He has over 20 years of experience in the horse farm industry and even spent 10 years as a Jockey! Dennis also has over 25 years of involvement in Equine, Hunter, Jumper and Dressage. He is a member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of REALTORS®, Kentucky Association of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
